Meetnex: Pre-Order Terms
Effective August 17, 2026
What a pre-order is
A pre-order reserves a unit from an upcoming production batch before it arrives in our warehouse. You are buying a specific product for delivery on or around a stated date.
When you are charged
Your card is charged in full when you place the order. You are paying now for an item that ships later, and everything below exists because of that.
The ship date
The expected ship date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. That date is our good-faith estimate based on our production and freight schedule at the time you order.
If the date moves — your right to cancel
If we cannot ship by the date shown when you ordered, we will email you before that date with a revised date and a direct link to cancel.
- You may cancel at any time before your order ships, for any reason, and receive a full refund to your original payment method. No fee, and no explanation needed.
- If you do nothing after a delay notice, we treat that as your consent to the new date and keep your order active — and we will email you again if the date moves a second time.
- If we cannot give you a revised shipping date, we will cancel your order and refund you in full without waiting for you to ask.
Cancel a pre-order at any time through the support chat on meetnex.com. Refunds on cancelled pre-orders are submitted within 7 business days.
Changing your order
You can change the colorway or the delivery address at any time up until your shipping label is created — which, on a pre-order, means for the whole time we hold your order. Once the label exists the order is locked. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Price lock — and what happens at restock
The price you pay at pre-order is the price you pay. If the price rises before your order ships, you are not charged the difference. If we lower the price before your order ships, we refund you the difference automatically — you do not need to ask.
Pre-order pricing is promotional and is not offered again at restock. When a product returns to general availability after a pre-order batch, it is sold at full retail price. Pre-order buyers receive the lower price precisely because they ordered ahead and waited.
Batch quantities
Where the product page shows a remaining quantity, it reflects the units still unallocated in the current production batch. When a batch is fully allocated, the pre-order closes until the next batch opens.
Returns, warranty, and shipping on pre-orders
Pre-orders carry exactly the same terms as in-stock orders:
- The 100-day return window starts when your item is delivered, not when you ordered or paid.
- The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies in full.
- Free standard shipping applies on the same terms as any other order.
Mixed carts
If you order a pre-order item together with an in-stock item, we ship the in-stock item immediately at no extra shipping cost, and the pre-order follows when its batch arrives.
