Effective August 17, 2026

You have 100 days from delivery to return your Meetnex order for a full refund. Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee. Meetnex sells and ships within the United States only; our checkout does not accept orders placed from outside the United States.

The 100-day window

The window runs 100 calendar days from the date your order is delivered, according to the carrier's tracking record — not from the date you ordered. On a pre-order, the window starts when the item is delivered, not when you placed or paid for the order.

Changing your order

Need a different colorway, or a different delivery address? Tell us through the support chat on meetnex.com. We can make either change up until your shipping label is created.

Once the label exists, the order is locked. We cannot change the colorway and we cannot redirect the parcel. From that point everything goes through the return process below: send the item back, and place a new order for what you wanted.

On a pre-order, this means you have the whole time we hold your order to change your mind about colour or address.

How a return works

Start your return through the support chat on meetnex.com. We will ask you to upload photos of the item and its components.

We check the photos against the condition standard below.
If the item qualifies, we issue you a prepaid return label.
Pack the item and send it back with the label.
We inspect returns when they arrive, and your refund is issued once we have processed it.

Your return must be postmarked within the 100-day window, or within 7 days of your return label being issued — whichever is later. Items posted after that deadline cannot be accepted.

Gifts

A product bought as a gift follows exactly the same process as any other order. Start a return through the support chat with the order number. Refunds go to the original payment method used for the order.

Condition

Try the bag. Wear it, pack it, take it out. What we need back is a product we can inspect and put back into circulation, which in practice means:

All components returned together — everything that came in the box.
Original packaging included.
No lasting marks of use — no scuffs, scratches, tears, or stretched hardware.
No odors, stains, pet hair, or residue, and nothing left in the pockets.
Not altered, repaired, or modified.

Inspection

We inspect every return when it arrives. If a returned item materially differs from the photos you submitted — components missing, damage that was not shown, or a different product entirely — we may reduce the refund, decline it, or reverse a refund already issued, and we will tell you why.

What you get back

The full price paid for the returned items, plus any shipping you paid on the original order. No restocking fee, and no return-shipping deduction. Refunds go to your original payment method once your return has been processed; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Start a claim through the support chat rather than a standard return, and we will make it right at our expense. Damage that occurred in transit must be reported within the window set out in our Shipping Policy. Manufacturing defects that appear later are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which has no time limit.

Cancelling an order

Cancel at no cost any time before your order ships, through the support chat. On pre-orders that right runs for the entire time we hold the order — see our Pre-Order Terms.
