Nex Rewards Program Policy

Overview  

By participating in the Nex Travel Inc. Nex Rewards Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This document details the eligibility criteria, reward categories, selection process, responsibilities, and limitations of liability associated with the program.

Program Description  

Nex Rewards is designed to facilitate our mission by giving back to our loyal customers and community members with extraordinary travel experiences. Every month, we gift first-class flight tickets, 5-star hotel stays, and vehicle rentals for your next trip. Each reward has its own selection pool based on how customers contribute to our community.  Customers can enter one or all three selection pools and are eligible to win all rewards if selected. There are also no limits to how many times the same person can win because on the first day of each month, the selection pool is reset.

Eligibility Criteria and Reward Categories  

Participants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Nex Rewards Program:

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Purchase Requirement: Participants must purchase Nex products or engage with the brand as outlined below:
    • First-Class Flight Tickets (Starting July 31, 2024)
      • Value: Up to $1,000.
      • Entry Criteria: Entered by purchasing Nex products during the month.
    • Luxury Hotel Stays (Starting April 2025)
      • Value: Up to $1,000.
      • Entry Criteria: Entered by promoting Nex on social media, such as Instagram, and helping us reach a significant audience.
    • Private Vehicle for the Day (Starting November 2025)
      • Value: Up to $1,000.
      • Entry Criteria: Only Nex customers are eligible, regardless of when they made their initial purchase. Starting in March 2025, each customer will receive a unique referral code. To enter the selection pool, customers must use their referral code to refer new customers who make a purchase. There is no limit to the number of referrals.

Selection Criteria  

  • Purchase Amount: The more you spend, the greater your statistical chances of winning.
  • Social Media Engagement: Posting about Nex on social media can enhance your chances of being selected.
  • Referral Success: Referring new customers to Nex increases your chances of winning.
  • Early Participation: The earlier you participate within the month, the better your odds of winning.

Reward Selection and Announcement  

  • Selection Date: Rewards will be selected on the last day of each month.
  • Announcement: Winners will be announced on our Instagram story, our official website, and via email. Additionally, we may also contact the winners directly by phone.

Reward Distribution  

  • Gift Cards: Rewards will be distributed as gift cards in collaboration with airlines and platforms.

Additional Terms  

    • Responsibility: Nex Travel Inc. and any program participants are not responsible for the safety, security, loss, or theft of personal items or the personal safety of participants. Participants attend at their own risk.
  • Non-Responsibility Clause:
      •  Nex Travel Inc. is NOT responsible for any incidents that occur during the utilization of the rewards.
      •  Nex Travel Inc. reserves the right NOT to select any winners at any time without providing reasons.
      •  Participants are responsible for any tax implications of the rewards.
      •  No cash equivalent will be provided for the rewards.
    • Expenses: Any expenses outside of the provided rewards, such as additional travel costs, room service, or other personal expenses, will not be covered by Nex Travel Inc. If these expenses are billed to Nex Travel Inc., an invoice will be sent to the participants, and they are obligated to pay within 30 days.
    • Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and medical insurance. Nex Travel Inc. is not liable for any medical issues or injuries that occur during the reward experience.
    • Force Majeure: Nex Travel Inc. is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
    • Behavior and Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Nex Travel Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any reward from a participant for inappropriate behavior and speech, without compensation or reimbursement.
    • Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Nex Travel Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their participation in the program.
    • Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
    • Compliance with Laws: Participants must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during the reward experience.
    • Termination of Participation: Nex Travel Inc. reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program at any time for any reason, without compensation.
    • Privacy: Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and will be handled in accordance with Nex Travel Inc. privacy policy.

    Disclaimer  

    Nex Travel Inc. reserves all rights to determine the timing, recipients, and conditions for giving rewards. Participation in the Nex Rewards Program does not constitute a contract. Nex Travel Inc. retains the final authority to make decisions regarding the program at any time. We also reserve the right to use legal measures to protect our community when fraudulent activities are detected. Participants agree to these terms and conditions by participating in the program.
