Where we ship

The United States only. Our checkout does not accept international orders, and we do not ship outside the United States.

What shipping costs

Free standard shipping on every order delivered to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. No minimum, and no qualifying threshold.

For Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, and military addresses, standard shipping is charged at live carrier rates calculated at checkout. This applies to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the United States Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout at live UPS, USPS, and FedEx rates for your destination.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive about 5 business days after you order. Allow up to 7 during peak periods. Processing takes 1–2 business days and standard transit 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

The delivery date shown on our product pages is an estimate, based on the average for recent orders to comparable destinations. It is not a guaranteed delivery date. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses take longer. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

P.O. boxes

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use a street address.

Your delivery address

You are responsible for entering a correct, complete delivery address. We can change it up until your shipping label is created — just ask through the support chat on meetnex.com. Once the label exists we cannot redirect the parcel.

Lost, stolen, and damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the package, tell us through the support chat on meetnex.com. We will open a carrier trace, and where a package is confirmed lost in transit we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Damage in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will ask for photos of:

the product and the damage;
the shipping box, inside and out;
the shipping label on the box.

We will replace it at no cost. After 7 days we can no longer treat damage as a shipping issue — but a genuine manufacturing defect is still covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which has no time limit.

Pre-orders, backorders, and mixed carts

Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page at the time you ordered. Full terms are in our Pre-Order Terms.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we ship the in-stock items right away at no extra cost, and your pre-order items follow when that batch arrives. You are never charged twice for shipping on a split order.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
