Meetnex: Limited Lifetime Warranty
Effective August 17, 2026
Meetnex warrants that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the lifetime of the product.
What this covers
This warranty applies to all Meetnex products, across every generation and design:
- Closures and fastening systems, including magnetic clasps and their release mechanisms
- Straps, adjusters, and attachment hardware
- Zippers and pulls
- Outer shell materials and interior linings
- Protective and shielding layers built into a product
- Stitching and seams
- Every component included in the set as sold
What "lifetime" means
The usable life of the product — the period during which it can reasonably be expected to perform, given normal use and the wear any bag accumulates. It is not tied to your lifetime, and it is not unlimited: a product that has reached the end of its service life through ordinary use has not failed under this warranty.
Who is covered
The original purchaser, with proof of purchase from meetnex.com or an authorized Meetnex seller. This warranty is not transferable.
How a claim works
Start your claim through the support chat on meetnex.com and upload photos of the problem.
- We assess the photos and determine whether the issue is a covered defect or ordinary wear.
- If the claim is approved, we issue a prepaid return label.
- We inspect the product when it arrives and send you a replacement, covering shipping in both directions. You pay nothing.
Our assessment determines coverage. If the returned product materially differs from the photos submitted, we may decline the claim and return the item to you.
If we cannot replace it
If the product or colorway is no longer available, we will offer the nearest equivalent current product or a refund.
What this does not cover
- Normal wear: surface scuffs, scratches, patina, fading, and the softening of materials over time.
- Damage from misuse, accident, alteration, or use the product is not designed for.
- Damage caused in transit by airlines or other carriers. Claim those with the carrier — most accept baggage-damage claims at the airport before you leave.
- Water damage from submersion. Our shells are water-resistant, not waterproof.
- Repairs or modifications by anyone other than an authorized Meetnex repairer.
- Products bought from unauthorized resellers, and counterfeit products.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect how the product functions.
Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state, and nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be waived.
