How quick snap works

Press the bag against the base and it snaps home. To take it off, squeeze the release and lift — one hand, without looking down.

Water-resistant, not waterproof

Rain, spray and the odd spilled drink bead up and wipe off with a cloth. Do not submerge it, and if it does get properly soaked, let it dry on its own — no heat, no tumble dryer.

Getting hold of us

A fault, a missing part, a return, or a question you cannot find the answer to — all of it comes to us the same way. Tap the chat bubble in the bottom corner of the screen.

We answer everything ourselves, usually the same day.
