Returns
If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee may apply for cash refund while full refund is available for store credits. Return shipping is covered by Nex.

Trade-ins
When your Nex gear has been well-traveled, you can trade it in for store credits.
Eligible items are evaluated based on condition, then refurbished or responsibly recycled. It’s our way of extending the life of every bag — even after a million miles.

Warranty
Every Nex product comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects for the original owner.
If something breaks due to a defect, we’ll repair or replace it.
Normal wear and tear isn’t covered (such as scuffs, scratches, fabric fading, or cosmetic marks from regular use).
