How we collect reviews
Reviews on meetnex.com are submitted by customers who purchased through meetnex.com. We invite reviews by email after delivery. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not offer discounts, free products, or other incentives in exchange for a review or for a particular rating.
What "Verified buyer" means
A review marked "Verified buyer" is matched to a completed Meetnex order for that product. Reviews without the badge were not matched to an order.
How ratings are calculated
Where we show a store-wide rating or review count — for example "5-star Meetnex reviews" — that figure covers all Meetnex products, not one product.
Moderation
We publish reviews whether positive or negative. We remove a review only where it contains unlawful content, personal information, spam, or abuse, or is unrelated to the product. We do not remove reviews for being critical.
Employees and affiliates
Reviews from Meetnex employees, contractors, or anyone with a material connection to Meetnex are disclosed as such.
